Founded in 1984, Kalasalingam University, Krishnankoil is a deemed university recognised by the UGC and accredited by the National Board of Accreditation. Accredited with “A” Grade by NAAC, the university offers 13 undergraduate and 25 postgraduate courses in engineering besides MBA, MCA and MSc courses.
The university aims to produce technically competent and socially committed technocrats and administrators through quality education and research.
The 320 acre campus of Kalasalingam University is wi-fi enabled and hosts spacious classrooms, a centralized fully air-conditioned library with thousands of volumes of both text books and journals and e-learning facilities and a video-conferencing hall, and well-equipped laboratories in every branch of learning.

Eligibility for engineering admissions – Undergraduate
Candidate should have passed higher secondary (+2 / intermediate) of state board, cbse, matric and any other board of education recognised by state and central government with an aggregate of 50 percent and above in (Mathematics/Biology), Physics and Chemistry.
Candidate appearing for MPC is eligible to apply for all the B.Tech engineering programmes.
Candidate appearing for BPC is eligible to apply only for B.Tech. Bio-stream Engineering programmes (B.Tech Biotechnology, B.Tech Food Technology).
Eligibility for engineering admissions – Postgraduate
Candidate should have scored a minimum of 60 percent marks in the relevant branch of study at undergraduate level.

B.C.A, B.Sc (CS, IT), B.Com (CA), B.Com (Regular) – Rs. 30000/-
