Chhattisgarh based ISBM University - a new age university offering innovative learning programmes to meet the career requirements of students and industry - bagged the 'Best Upcoming University' award at the 10th ASSOCHAM Higher Education Summit 2017 which was held in New Delhi recently. The award was presented by HRD union minister, Prakash Javdekar in association with ASSOCHAM.
