Mumbai based KJ Somaiya College of Engineering will host its annual technical festival - Abhiyantriki - on October 6 & 7, 2017. Over the years, Abhiyantriki has established itself as a premier technical festival in Mumbai.

Set in the heart of the city, KJ Somaiya College of Engineering is located in the Somaiya Vidyavihar campus. Catering to about 40,000 students every day, the campus offers academic programmes in diverse fields of education such as Engineering, Management, Commerce, Arts, and Sciences. Somaiya Vidyavihar boasts a sprawling 65 acre campus with state-of-the-art infrastructure. Being granted Autonomous status from the academic year 2014-15, KJ Somaiya College of Engineering also enjoys grade ‘A’ status conferred by the NBA (National Board of Accreditation).

Abhiyantriki ’17 brings with itself another bundle of events filled with knowledge, technology, curiosity, and engineering. Right from pre-events, technical events, fun events, expos, and scintillating speaker and panel sessions, the event promises something for everyone.

This year, the tech fest will also feature exhibitions of the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) & Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), and Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) to showcase their contribution to the country and inspire students to take up jobs in the field of science research. These exhibitions provide an immediate connection between the students and the prominent organisations. There will also be an exhibition by the Meteorological Department, Mumbai, and by the National Cadet Corps (NCC) at Tech Expo.
