EducationWorld in an email interview with Abhijita:

You have signed a four-book deal with Invincible, what inspired you to start writing?

I don’t know exactly, I just love to read and write. I love to express myself either from drawing and colouring or writing. I observe my surroundings and thoughts keep coming up in my mind and write whatever I feel like to write.

At such a young age, the Asia Book of Records has conferred you the title of ‘Grandmaster in Writing.’ Your comments.

Though I don’t know much about these but yes everyone in school and family is congratulating me and said they all are proud of me. Its feels great. I want to keep it up.

One of your books is already published – Happiness All Around. Could you tell us more about your book?

It’s the collection of stories and poems. While the stories are about eating healthy food, not being overconfident, importance of friendship, etc, the poems are about Mother Earth, studies, school, friends, children and much more.

Could you tell us about your other three upcoming books – what the stories are based on?

I have completed my second book titled ‘We Will Surely Sustain’, which about the pandemic and its effect on children.

Who’s your favorite author and why?

My favorite author is Ruskin Bond because I love his writing and of course there is so much to learn while reading. I also love the words he uses as it increases my vocabulary also.

What is your favorite book and why?

My favourite book is ‘The Blue Umbrella’ by Ruskin Bond. I love helping everyone and Binya, the girl in story did the same by giving her a hard earned umbrella and still feeling happy for others.
