Founded in 1966, DAV Model School, Chandigarh is a coeducational English medium day school affiliated with the Central Board of Education (CBSE), New Delhi offering schooling from kindergarten through class X. 1. Attested copy of good conduct certificate from the head of the institution last attended.
2. Three copies of recent passport size photograph.
3. Attested photocopy of student’s birth certificate from the registrar of births, for classes nursery to class X.
4. Attested photocopy of class X board certificate showing date of birth and detailed marks sheet for admission to class XI.
Admission to classes to X depends on the availability of the seat, merit and performance in the entrance test.
