Loreto Convent School, Darjeeling is a K-12 girls day school affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi, offering classes from kindergarten through senior secondary. The school was founded in 1846 by the Sisters of Loreto as a day cum boarding school. In October 1996, the school celebrated its one hundred and fifty years of service. The school takes pride in the fact that Mother Teresa made her noviceship at the school from 1921-1931
