Manav Rachna International School (MRIS), Noida Sector 51 is a co-educational day school imparting education to students from Preschool to Class 12 and is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. Founded in April 2013, MRIS Noida is a part of Manav Rachna Educational Institutions, which was founded in 1997 by Dr. O P Bhalla, an educationist, and a philanthropist.

The mission of the school is defined as harmoniously and holistically developing a child by emphasizing on physical, cognitive, emotional, aesthetic, social and spiritual needs; emphasize on total personality development, conceptual ability and skill development through exclusively developed and structured curriculum; provide freedom and space for individual expression and growth to become self-reliant, self-motivated and confident and to provide exposure to latest technology and learning techniques and interaction with the best of resource people.
Located in Sector 51 of Noida, the MRIS campus is spread over 6881.36 square metres. The school has 76 classrooms equipped with ICT teaching-learning facilities. The campus is equipped with state-of-the-art physics lab, chemistry lab, biology lab, composite lab, math’s lab, home-science lab, computer lab and tinkering lab. The well-stocked and fully air conditioned school library functions as the information centre for students. The well-stocked, ERP functional library houses a wide variety of over 5000 books, magazines and journals to support the wide curriculum of all the classes. The libraries also house Kindle Digital Books and are well-equipped with all latest IT enabled facilities where we have audio books, audio-visual materials, CDs, etc.
The school also has extracurricular facilities for visual arts, performing arts, robotics and gardening. Sports facilities include state-of-the-art courts and fields for table tennis, cricket, basketball, gymnastics, taekwondo, carom, chess and athletics. There is a playground on the school premises for younger students, and the MRIS-Noida owns a fleet of deluxe air-conditioned buses running on CNG.

The “Learning Center Approach” has been adopted for the students of Nursery and K.G., and various learning centers like literacy, numeracy, hop and toss, science allow children to explore and apply newly learned skills independently. The concept of United Nation Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) has been introduced in the curriculum where students work on an annual project which is based on one of the SDGs. The research, conduct surveys, participate in debates, and interact to prepare a complete solution to the problem.
Extracurricular activities: include visual arts, performing arts (music, dance and theatre), sports & well-being, robotics, debate club, Einstein club, English language enhancement club, out of the box academy (creative thinking) and planet love (gardening club).
Online teaching at MRIS Noida: As teaching-learning strategies during the pandemic shifted to the online mode, extensive teacher training was imparted to adapt to new technologies and effective online teaching modules were created. Different online applications were adopted for gamification of lessons, and a combination of synchronous and asynchronous teaching-learning methods were applied for better retention of concepts. Additionally, taking the grave situation of the pandemic into account, a discount of 10% was instituted for all students.

SportsMRIS follows a merit-based admissions policy in which preference is given to students residing in proximity to schools, proficient sportsmen and wards of alumni and Manav Rachna Staff.
Students seeking admission in any class at Manav Rachna International School may procure admission brochure by payment of Rs 1200/-. They may also download the admission brochure online and fill the registration form by paying the requisite fee through a secured payment gateway.
On filling the registration form and successful payment of the non-refundable registration fee, an SMS will be sent to their mobile indicating the confirmation of payment and credentials using which parents can log in and fill the online registration form. The respective school shall get in touch with the student/ parent for calling them for interaction/ admission test telephonically or via SMS / e-mail. Selected students’ names shall be displayed on the school notice board as well as conveyed electronically.
Selected candidates shall be required to deposit the fee within the stipulated time. The fee is to be deposited at the respective school’s counter through demand draft, failing which the Selection would automatically stand cancelled.
Fees: The school fee is payable quarterly. Any delay in payment of school fee by due date shall invite late fee of Rs.50/-per day up to 7 days. For the next days the late fee will be Rs 100/- per day. In case fee is not paid by the 14th day of the due date, the name of the students will be struck off from school rolls. This may necessitate readmission, if permitted, after payment of readmission charges amounting to Rs.-2500/-.
