Overview

Apeejay Svran Global School is a coeducational day school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. Founded in 2011 under the aegis of the Apeejay Education Society, the school offers education from nursery through class VII.

The school’s motto is ‘Soaring high is my Nature’ and its mission is ‘To promote harmony in physical, emotional, spiritual and the psychological personality of the individual and become a facilitator of the exploration of the limitless potential inherent in each individual’.

Campus

The school campus hosts spacious and well ventilated classrooms, a well structured library, a general science lab and a computer lab, a cafeteria and sick room.

The sports infrastructure includes facilities for cricket, football, basketball, lawn tennis, table tennis, badminton courts as well as facilities for several indoor games. There is also provision for training in martial arts such as karate, yoga classes, aerobic classes etc under the expert guidance of experienced coaches.

Academics

Affiliated with CBSE, the school offers education from nursery through class VII. At the pre-primary level, the school offers a stimulating and vibrant learning environment that nurtures each child individually with an aim to create confident young learners. The teaching methodology at this level is the Multiple Intelligences approach executed with a day wise planner for each month. The school uses a multi-sensory approach for concepts such as number work, English, Hindi and EVS is followed through the use of multimedia.

At the primary level, the school follows a child-centred approach designed using best practices from around the world with varied experiences and expressive processes which foster not only numeracy and literacy but also creativity and imagination.

Admission

The age criterion for admission to pre-school is completion of 3 years as on June 1 of the year in which admission is sought.

Admissions to other classes are subject to vacancy.
