Admission to children of serving army personnel coming on transfer will be made at any time of the year. Those studying in army schools/APS will be admitted directly without an entrance test.
For other categories, admissions will be made at the start of the academic year based on availability of seats and merit.
Parents/guardians of students seeking admission must apply on the registration form attached in the prospectus which is available in the school office on payment of Rs.50. A date for the entrance test will be given to them. Those eligible for lateral admission may fill up the application form and complete admission formalities directly.
Posting/movement order must be submitted at the time of application.
The following certificates must be submitted along with the application form –
a. Proof of age certificate
(i) in case of defence personnel, extract of their record of service attested by their commanding officer or
(ii) birth certificates issued by mil/civil hospital or municipality/village panchayat.
b) TC from previous school for classII onwards. If the school is not an APS, the TC should be countersigned by the competent authority i.e. district education officer or RO, CBSE. In case of pupils who did not study in a recognised school upto class V, only the parent/guardian should give a letter to that effect.
c) Latest report card.
d) Caste certificate, if applicable.
Age criteria
The student should complete 5 years of age as on March 31 of the year in which admission is sought to class I.
