Thane, Maharashtra based CEDP Skill Institute, a pioneer in skill education, recently celebrated its 8th anniversary at Kalidasa Auditorium, Mumbai. In a quest to make the nation’s youth employable and to create a future ready workforce, CEDP Skill Institute announced the launch of multiple need-based skill courses on the occasion. The courses launched will not only boost the prospects for the youth to get employment but will also lead to the growth of future entrepreneurs thus generating more employment.
In consonance with the prime minister’s Skill India Mission, CEDP Skill Institute announced several skilled based programmes under the broad categories of UpSkill Programmes, SuperSkill Programmes, Rojgar Skill Programmes, and Corporate Skill Programmes. Further to this, CEDP Skill Institute also launched quick skill programmes such as Basics in Bar tendering & Mixology, Ground Staff in Aviation, Cake Baking and Customer Service Advisor (CSA) in Automobile.
Speaking on the occasion, Dilip Chenoy, secretary general, FICCI said, “The potential of youth in India is underutilised. Skill education can be a change agent in transforming our country into a human resource capital in the world, opening up opportunities for the youth within the country as well as abroad.
