Founded in 2004, Delhi Public School (DPS), Gandhinagar is an English medium, co-educational day school managed by the Delhi Public School Society. The school offers classes from pre-nursery through higher secondary. The teacher student ratio of the school is 1:20. Sited on a scenic 17-acre campus, the school offers an environment conducive to stress-free learning.
Sited on a 17-acre pollution free, lush green campus, DPS Gandhinagar offers spacious and well-ventilated classrooms, a well stocked library, well-equipped science and computer labs, separate rooms for art, music and dance, an amphitheatre, multimedia room with LCD projector, cafeteria, trained security guards and transport facility. The school also offers a health clinic with a full-time nurse and qualified visiting doctors.

DPS Gandhinagar is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. The pre-primary classes have 30 students per section while the class strength is limited to 40 students per section after class I. This helps teachers provide personal attention to all the students to help them excel and develop their potential.
The multimedia lab is used for providing a better learning experience. For classes XI and XII, the school offers two streams, science and commerce.
Extracurriculars

SportsFor admission to pre-nursery, a child should be 2.5 to 3 years old, 3.5 to 4.5 years for nursery and 4.5 to 5.5 years for preparatory. Forms are available at the school reception. The duly filled in form should be submitted along with the photocopy of birth certificate, original medical certificate, passport size photographs and results of the previous class where applicable.
Fees
At the time of admission, payment of Rs. 62,000 (including a non-refundable admission fee of Rs. 45,000) needs to be made. The yearly tuition fee is Rs. 40,000-48,000, payable quarterly.

Being day school, DPS Gandhinagar does not provide accommodation facility.
