Known for its path breaking work in the space of early childhood development, New Delhi NCR (Faridabad) based Dudes & Dolls school launched its online pre-primary school on June 1. Parents’ orientation for the first batch of students was also successfully completed on May 29.

Since its inception in 2012, Dudes & Dolls has carved a niche for itself in the early childhood education space. With its pioneering approach, it boasts many “first in the segment” initiatives. This time, it has come up with a new concept of “360 Degree Responsibility of Bespoke Child Development”. This revolutionary concept seeks to not just impart learning but also track the progress in all the aspects of child development such as physical, language, social and cognitive development besides guiding parents about taking the right action at the right time and implementing a “Bespoke development method” for each child.
Dudes & Dolls is the first in the preschool segment to create a system of “Bespoke Child development” and has created its own curriculum, trained its team and created processes to implement it with the same rigour in online as well as physical school.
With its rich experience in nurturing 0-5 year olds, during the Covid-19 prompted lockdown in 2020, Dudes & Dolls School experimented with a few child development methods which can be implemented in the online mode, understood the challenges parents, children and teachers go through while dealing with online mode of learning. In 2021 when lockdown was announced again, the Dudes & Dolls team realised that it will have to think out of the box and remove “online mode” as an obstacle in creating child development methods. So it came up with innovative solutions such as creating a home teaching studio for teachers, solving parents’ challenges by creating theme based “Monthly Activity Material Box” to save the time of parents which was otherwise wasted in organising and printing material, and introducing innovative learning solutions for children so that they enjoy this phase of learning.
