Ecube Sports Olympiad

Vacations Exotica in association with the sports Gurukul, Mumbai, staged an Ecube Sports Olympiad from September 18-October 3. The olympiad was the first major multi-sports (cricket, football, basketball, table tennis, tennis, roller skating and online quizzing) competition for international schools in Mumbai. Fourteen international schools in the city including four Billabong High Internationals, NES International, Rustomji Cambridge International, Pinnacle High, B.D. Somani International, Poddar International, SGKM International and Witty International among others, participated in the olympaid spaced over a fortnight.One of the unique events of the Olympiad was our online sports quiz. Billabong High International, Thane was adjudged the international school with the highest sports acumen, says Jay Shah, director of The Sports Gurukul. Billabong High International, Juhu with 395 points across seven events was adjudged winner of the inaugural Ecube Sports Olympiad followed by Billabong International, Thane (378), Prime Academy (160) and SKGM International (145).
