Dilip Thakore interviewed Shashi Tharoor, Member of Parliament, well known litterateur, author of 20 mainly non –fiction books, wordsmith and former Union Minister of State for education, on January 21. In a wide-ranging 40 minute interview, Dr. Tharoor addressed the issues of sustained neglected of human capital development, neta-babu socialism, the importance of the Congress party and the impact of coronavirus pandemic on Indian education and the economy.
