Greenfingers Global School, sited at Kharghar locality of Navi Mumbai, is a co-educational day school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), offering schooling from nursery to class XII. It was established in 2006 by Late Shankar Rao Mohite Patil who is also known as father of cooperative movement in Maharashtra. The school has been named Green Fingers as a tribute to the founder and the farming community.
The school hopes to groom every child holistically by helping them develop their physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual potential. The students acquire conceptual knowledge imparted by faculty who strive to motivate each child to excel.
The school campus sprawls over 2.2 acres hosting a playground, seminar halls, library, auditorium, science labs, computer labs with internet connection , spacious class rooms with interactive boards, library and indoor games with facilities for archery. The school also houses a horse riding area in its campus along with a yoga and meditation room, music, dance and drama room, arts and crafts room and a resource room.
Green Fingers Global School is one of the few schools that has installed RFID in its premises. RFID tagged ID cards are provided to students to record their attendance. Parents receive regular updates about their child’s activities inside the school premises via SMS.
The school’s principles are based on determination, dedication and dynamism. The school dreams of building a team of nation builders who can enlighten the human mind and build a better nation through self motivation and self discipline. The school follows the CBSE curriculum. The academic session commences on the 1st of April every year and lasts up to 31st March of the next academic year.
Learning in the class room is aided by digital interactive white boards, making lessons interesting and appealing.
Extracurricular
Students learn music, dance, art, craft, kung fu and yoga. Students are coached in cricket, football, basketball, athletics, horse riding, archery, carrom, table tennis and badminton.
In 2010, Greenfingers Global School became the first school in the city to include archery in its curriculum to create awareness about the sport and to give its students a chance to pursue it as a career.

SportsThe school accepts admissions from the end of November to 1st week of December for Nursery and Jr. KG and between the end of May and the 10th of June for class XI.

The school hosted the Fifth National Kung-Fu Championship at its premises for the first time in the city on January 15, 2011. The school also hosted the Eighth Inter State Archery Competition in which 18 teams from all over Maharashtra participated. Many of its students have made it to state and district level teams and competitions.
Being a day school, Greenfingers Global School does not offer accommodation facility.
