Established over two decades ago by the Greenwood High Trust led by Chairman Bijay Agarwal, a first-generation entrepreneur and founder of the hugely successful Sattva Group, a premium real estate development and consultancy organization, and Managing Trustee Niru Agarwal, Greenwood High International was established in 2004 with the objective “to build a world-class institution for preparing youth to become physically active, free thinking, and socially responsible global citizens by unlocking their intellectual, aesthetic, moral, physical, and emotional potential”. 

Greenwood High institutions comprise Greenwood High International School, Greenwood High, seven preschools and a class 1-12 school in the Bannerghatta suburb of south Bengaluru offering CISCE and international curricula. GWH has a total enrolment of 9,000 students across its campuses.

Campus

The school’s carefully landscaped campus houses over 200 ICT-enabled classrooms equipped with smart boards, digital whiteboards, interactive teaching aids, and enabling interactive lessons and collaborative learning. 

The campus hosts 20 labs-of-the -art labs, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Math, and Computer Labs that enable students to experience hands-on learning.

Greenwood High offers a structured academic pathway through multiple national and international curricula. Students can pursue ICSE at Grade X and ISC at Grade XII under the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, the Cambridge IGCSE programme, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.
