The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has announced that the results for the ICSE (Class X) and ISC (Class XII) Year 2025 examinations will be declared on Tuesday, April 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
Students and schools can access the results through multiple platforms, including the official CISCE website (www.cisce.org), the Careers Portal for schools, and the government’s DigiLocker platform.
To check the results online, candidates need to visit www.results.cisce.org, select their course (ICSE or ISC), and enter their Unique ID, Index Number, and the CAPTCHA code displayed on the screen.
Schools can view and print the tabulation registers by logging into the CISCE Careers Portal using the principal’s login credentials. Once logged in, they must navigate to the ‘Examination’ section and access the ‘Result Tabulation’ and ‘Comparison Table’ under the ICSE/ISC menus.
In addition to the CISCE website, results will also be available on DigiLocker at results.digilocker.gov.in. To access their marksheets on DigiLocker, students will need to enter their Index Number, Unique ID, and Date of Birth.
Recheck and Re-evaluation Options
Candidates who are unsatisfied with their results can apply for a Recheck through the CISCE Service Portal. The recheck application window will open immediately after the declaration of results and remain open until May 4, 2025. No requests will be entertained after this date.
Following the recheck process, students will also have the opportunity to apply for a Re-evaluation of answer scripts in specific subjects, if they remain unsatisfied with the outcome. The re-evaluation window will be open for only three days following the announcement of recheck results. The dates for this will be notified on the CISCE website.
Improvement Examinations in July
CISCE has also announced that candidates wishing to improve their marks can appear for Improvement Examinations in a maximum of two subjects. These exams are scheduled to be held in July 2025, with further details to be announced on the CISCE website.
Since its inception in 1958, CISCE has been committed to empowering students through quality education. The Council’s multi-platform result declaration system ensures transparency, accessibility, and convenience for all stakeholders.
