Headquartered in Berne, Switzerland,Inlingua Internationalwas founded in 1968. Today it is one of the largest associations of privately owned language schools in the world with more than 300 centers in over 30 countries.Inlingua, Bangalore, was set up in 2005 and is led by Ms. SavithaReddy. Inlingua aims at enabling students to effectively communicate, which is paramount in both personal and professional progress. The Inlingua method of teaching languages is the result of decades of practical experience, wherein, emphasis is laid on the spoken word rather than written. With more than 35 years since its implementation, the success of the method is certain.

Academics

Courses offered: French, German and Spanish learning programs at Inlingua are designed to help students speak the language fluently. The course is conducted at 4 levels from beginner to advance. At each level different aspects of the language are emphasized upon to ensure fluency in communication. Level 1A & 1B: Basic command in a number of everyday situations. Level 2A & 2B: Limited command in familiar situations. Level 3A & 3B: Effective command in a fair number of situations. Level 4: Good command in a wide range of situations

Admission

Each programme is run for 45 hours and is slotted from 7am to 8pm depending on the convenience of each student. Classes are held 5 days a week with a maximum of 12 students per batch. Having small batches enables students to receive individual attention from the trainers thus allowing them to comfortably grasp the nuances of the language. Inlingua also offers private classes for individual students and fast-track programmes for interested candidates. Such programmes are completed in 3-4 weeks.
