Little Aryans Pre-K – ideal preschool for 21st century young learners

From activity-based learning to home learning kits, they have successfully created delightful experiences. Making the most of the situation, Little Aryans Pre-K has created online-friendly lesson plans that are meeting almost all the learning goals of early childhood education. Children’s attendance and participation were high, teachers have become experts in online teaching.

Helping ease the burden of parents –

Director Academics, Dr Neelam Malik shares, “We completely understand the trials faced by our parents. In order to ensure that the parents are not overburdened, we have created many flexible ways of learning such as asynchronous learning and recorded videos. We have created unique Flipgrid accounts for each student to share their activities and creative work. Our lesson delivery is mostly activity-based so that concept clearance is strong and children learn in a stress-free manner.”

To further ease the parents’ burden, Little Aryans Pre-K has put together a unique ‘Home learning material kit’, which includes all the materials, stationary, and worksheets that are required during class activities. This kit is free of cost and helps curb last-minute trips to the stationary shops or scavenging the house for materials. Parents have appreciated this effort by the school.

Value-based education

Little Aryans Pre-K incorporates the Chinmaya Vision Program into its curriculum. Online Matru-Pitru Pujan and Vidyarambham events have kept children rooted in our Indian culture.

Events such as Annual Days, Yoga Day, Independence Day, Ganesh Chaturthi were conducted remotely. The outreach of the programs increased manifold due to the events being held online as relatives and friends living in different parts of the world could watch our events.

Garnering Parental Involvement

According to Sapna Uppal, CEO, “We send out regular feedback forms to parents. That is our first point of check. Besides we garner parental involvement through regular PTI, orientation programs and mother’s meet. Parent edurichment programs are also conducted.”
