Established in 1942, Loreto House, Middleton Row, Kolkata is an all girls day school. It is affiliated with the Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) and offers its Indian School Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) and Indian School Certificate (ISC) exams at the end of class X and class XII respectively.
The all-girls school is associated with the Sisters of Loreto and managed by the Loreto Education Society which runs 17 schools and two colleges in India. The school is open to admission from kindergarten to class XI.
The Loreto House campus and school building comprises classrooms for junior school (classes nursery to KG and classes II-V) and senior school. The school building also has a library and computer lab with state-of-the-art technological facilities.

For admission to Loreto House Kolkata, parents are requested to fill the admission form and buy worksheets/writing materials and stationery from the campus. The admission fee payment can be done online. A list of selected candidates will be uploaded on the school website. Parents are required to attend the interactive session with the students. All necessary documents are to be brought to the interactive session.
