Masters’ Union, one of India’s leading business and technology schools, has signed a lease to establish a new 10-acre campus at Cyberwalk, a sustainably designed and LEED Gold-certified business district in Gurugram. Developed by the creators of Select CITYWALK, the district combines advanced infrastructure with environmental sustainability.
Located within a 150-acre industrial hub that houses major firms such as Nestlé, Honda, Mitsubishi, and HCL Technologies, the new campus reflects Masters’ Union’s belief that business education should take place within active economic ecosystems. The institute aims to embed students in real-world settings, allowing them to learn not only from faculty and curriculum but also from direct interaction with businesses.
The school’s strategic locations have enabled strong industry engagement. Last year, 50% of students worked on live projects or internships with companies such as Microsoft, BCG, Accenture, EY-Parthenon, Zomato, and others. Notably, 30% of placement offers came from firms students had worked with during the programme.

Expected to be operational by 2026, the Gurugram campus will host 5,000 students across various disciplines including business, emerging technologies, and executive education. The campus will feature startup accelerators, innovation labs, cross-disciplinary studios, sports and recreation zones, and business history museums. Residential facilities for students and faculty, along with integrated live-learn-work amenities, will support immersive learning.
Cyberwalk’s biophilic and Vastu-informed design includes shaded courtyards, collaborative lounges, and a 300-foot tower overlooking a central amphitheatre—promoting both contemplation and collaboration.
