Overview

Established in 1982, Munnar Catering College (MCC), Ernakulam was promoted and managed by Thachankary Foundation - a Trust governed by Indian Trust Act, 1882. MCC is the first self financing catering college of Kerala approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India and the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Government of Kerala.

Campus

The international campus of Munnar Catering College is located e6500 feet above sea level and hosts state-of-the-art infrastructure with facilities such as a helipad, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, gymnasium, indoor stadium, cricket pitch, amphitheatre and modern hostels.

Accommodation

MCC provides separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. For academic year 2014-15, the hostel fee is Rs 60,000 including food and accommodation, payable in advance.
