NCPA to host branding & advertising workshop for kids

As part of its Summer Fiesta 2025, the National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) will be hosting a unique, high-energy workshop that combines creativity, performance, and marketing smarts – perfect for today’s media-savvy generation.

Scheduled for May 14-18, 2025 (12:00–12:45 PM) and led by acclaimed theatre educator and Small Tales Academy founder Priyanka Babbar, “Ad-Mad World” is not an average summer camp activity. Designed for children aged 8–11, this one-of-a-kind workshop introduces young minds to the world of branding and advertising – through the lens of theatre.

Kids will not just be learning about products; they will be inventing their own, developing brand personas, writing catchy jingles, storyboarding commercials, and acting out ad pitches in live, playful performances. Think Mad Men meets school play, reimagined for Gen Alpha.

With over 500 global workshops to her credit, Priyanka is renowned for her ability to simplify sophisticated concepts – such as narrative strategy, emotional engagement, and brand identity – for young learners. Her workshops are structured yet spontaneous, educational and fun.
