Founded in 2001, Pragya Girls School, Indore is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi and imparts education form nursery through class XII. Pragya Girls School strives for continuous advancement of girls through a holistic approach to education.
Encouraged by the response and co-operation of the elite society of Indore, this separate Pragya Girls School came into existence in Mahila Sashaktikaran year, 2001. The foundation stone was laid by the eminent educationist Mrs. Padmanabhan and Mrs. Shalini Tai Moghe and it was inaugurated by the Chief Minister Mr. Digvijay Singh in 2002.
The expansive school campus is stretched over eight acres of land in a serene, quiet and pollution free environment in Bhicholi Mardana near its parent institute, Vidyasagar School. The school progresses under the able guidance and direction of Patron Shri Rameshwarji Patel, an Ex-Minister of M.P. Govt.
The eight acre school campus hosts well equipped separate laboratories for chemistry, physics, biology, bio-technology, mathematics and language, a well-stocked library featuring a wide range of books, journals and magazines, fortnightly, weekly and daily newspapers, art, craft, music & dance room.
The school offers facilities for indoor and outdoor games.
Affiliated with CBSE, New Delhi, the school offers classes from nursery through class XII.
Extra-curricular activities:
The school encourages students to participate in various sports such as carrom, chess, badminton, table tennis and karate, while outdoor games include basket ball, volley ball, swimming, skating, kho-kho and athletics.

For pre-primary classes (Nursery KG I, KG II), the school conducts an interaction with the parents and the child.
For classes I to V, admission is based on performance of the child in the one on one interaction and performance of the child in co-curricular activities of previous classes.
For classes VI to IX, the child needs to write an admission test which is based on the syllabus of the previous class.
For class XI, written test will be conducted on the basis of the syllabus of class X and choice of stream will be offered according to the marks obtained in class X as well as in written test.
Fees – The annual tuition fee is as follows for academic session 2016-17:
Class III – V – Rs. 41,400/-
Class XI – XII – Rs. 46, 500/-

Being a day school, it does not provide accommodation facility.
