Overview

Established in 2010, Ryan International School (RIS), Malad West is a co-educational English medium day school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. RIS, Malad is part of the Ryan International Group of Institutions promoted by Dr. Augustine F. Pinto and Grace Pinto.

Campus

The 1.6 acre school campus hosts 91 spacious and well equipped classrooms, a computer room with 45 computers, 4 laboratories for different subjects and 22 IT enabled classrooms. The well maintained and updated school library offers 2000 books on various subjects.

Facilities for sports include fields for cricket, football, basketball, table tennis, shooting and badminton.

Academics

Academic session of the school commences in the month of April. The school is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi and offers schooling from nursery through class X.

Extra-curricular activities

Co-curricular activities include INMUN (Indian Model United Nations), BBN (Beyond Breaking News) journalism, NASA trips, ICFPA (International Children’s Festival of Performing Arts), social service teen camps and preparation for competitive exams such as ISO, IMO, among others.

Besides academics, the students are also encouraged to engage in a host of sports such as cricket, basket ball, football, swimming, badminton, judo, skating, chess, taekwondo and table tennis.
