¾ cup fresh breadcrumbs
¼ cup low-fat milk
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup finely chopped parsley
2 large grated garlic & cloves
½ tsp ground pepper
75 gm chicken sausage, casing removed
300 gm minced chicken
Mix breadcrumbs and milk in a medium bowl; set aside for 10 minutes.
Add egg, cheese, parsley, garlic and pepper into the breadcrumb mixture.
Cut sausages into small pieces. Add sausages and chicken to the breadcrumb mix.
Shape the mixture into meatballs. Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet. Broil for 9 to 10 minutes. Broiling uses dry heat to cook.
