The school was established in 1986 under the aegis of Ram Krishan and Sons Charitable Trust. The Banyan Tree Schools are also present in Lucknow, Jagdishpur, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Bhopal and Gurgaon. The school boasts 1600 students from Nursery through class XII.
