Overview

The Millennium School, Sector 41, Noida is a coeducational day school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. Founded in April 2008, The Millennium School, Noida is part of the CBSE affiliated Millennium Group of Schools powered by their pedagogy partner Educomp Solutions Limited, one of the largest education companies in India.

Campus

The 1.2 acre school campus houses a library, well equipped science and computer labs, dance rooms, music rooms, auditorium, cafeteria and medical infirmary. The school hosts fully air-conditioned classrooms equipped with smart class technology, latest quality of study furniture, racks, pegs, pigeon-holes etc for the children to stack up their required study and activity material.

Sports infrastructure includes an indoor games room and facilities for sports such as basketball, skating, table tennis, volley ball, badminton, football, hockey, martial arts(Taekwondo), Yoga and kho-kho.

Academics

The school follows Playway approach to imparting learning at the kindergarten level with more than 3000 theme based activities planned over the academic year. From class I to V, the teaching methodology is project based with more than 800 projects in an academic year. In classes VI to VIII, the methodology is apprentice based and students are introduced to over 750 vocations and fields. Classes IX and X involve mind mapping of students and implements learning with graphic organisers to develop skills. In classes XI and XII, the learning approach is brain based involving real applications of concepts using strategies.

The Millennium School, Sector 41, Noida follows the Millennium Learning System (MLS) which comprises over 22,000 pages of content developed into workbooks that enable children to understand the world around them, with minimal assistance from the teacher. Children are introduced to each subject through a series of practical and project work and text books are linked to project files, making concepts relevant, practical and application based.

The school conducts daily creative assessments which are integrated into every subject to identify the strengths and limitations of each child. The assessment is through a specially designed program used to interpret the data collected and the results. The analysis is also used to guide children about their strengths and help them choose future vocations.

General Information

Admission

Except for classes X and XII, admissions are open throughout the year for most classes, subject to availability. The school’s academic year commences in April and the school’s Admissions Team reviews applications for new admissions from January each year; maximum enrolments take place in January and February.

Parents must start with submitting an online enquiry form on the school website or visit the school admissions office and fill out the registration form and purchase the school prospectus, fill in the details and submit the completed form to the school. Parents/Guardians are then invited to visit the campus and meet the Principal.

The minimum age for pre nursery is 2 years and for nursery 3 years.

Class XI admissions are conducted in April and July. The admissions done in the month of April will be considered as provisional admission till the announcement of class X board exam results.

Class I – V: INR 57996/-

Being a day school, The Millennium School, Sector 41, Noida does not offer accommodation facility.
