Started in 2007, The Tree House located in Domlur, Bangalore is an English medium, co-educational pre-school. The Tree House caters to the educational needs of Playgroup, Nursery, Junior KG and Senior KG children. Playgroup: This is a two hour program for children in the age group of 1.5 years to 2.5 years. Activities in this program include water play, dough play, theme based dressing, fancy dress and celebration of all festivals and special days. Children learn through play and develop the skills in language, motor, social, emotional, cognitive, aesthetic, and creativity. Nursery: Children in the age group of 2.5 years to 3.5 years are eligible for this two hour program. This nursery programme teaches language-writing and reading readiness, motor and physical activities, environmental studies, social skills, cognitive and conceptual learning, mathematical and general knowledge along with aesthetics and value education. Activities in this program include water play, dough play, thematic dressing every month, celebration of all festivals and special days. Junior KG: This is a three hour program for children aged 3.5 years to 4.5 years. In this programme children learn and acquire skills in sight reading, writing in different cases, writing numbers, number value, general knowledge, value education, science experiments, social skills, creative expression, cognitive skills and language. Activities in this program include water play, dough play, thematic dressing every month, celebration of all festivals and special days. Senior KG: This is a two hour program for children in the age group of 4.5 years to 5.5 years. In this program children learn the following subjects English, mathematics, environmental studies, Science, value education, Hindi, and general knowledge. Activities in this program include water play, dough play, fancy dress, celebration of all festivals and special days. Extra-curricular activities: Tree house hosts hobby classes for children in the age group of 3 to 8 years. Activities in hobby classes include art and drawing, crafts, dramatics, dance, skills development through project work and culture development activities.
