Campus

The campus is spread across 31.66 acres off the Guntur Tenali highway and hosts two blocks - Visweswaraya Block (H-Block) & Aryabhata Orbit (U-Block). There are two open air theatres with a capacity of 1500 to 2000 students. The campus is equipped with facilities for sports such as cricket, football, volleyball, badminton, basketball and table tennis. To keep the students motivated, the physical education department plays a vital role. Events such as major festivals and technical competitions are often organised by the student body. There are various administrative committees such as Hostel Governing Body, Canteen Committee, Course Monitoring and Discipline Committee all under the supervision of a faculty.

1. Vignan university has been accredited by NAAC with “A” grade in 2015. 2. NIRF has ranked the university 88 out of 3000 institutions in 2017. 3. The university is an ISO 9001:2008 certified institution.

Accommodation

The university offers separate hostels for boys and girls. There are around 1000 beds available for boys and 600 for girls. Each accommodation facility has a management team to take care of the stay. There are first aid and medical facilities available with doctors and nurses round the clock. Ambulance facility is also available. Food and canteen is supervised by the Hostel Committee and the menu is vegetarian. Wardens and residential tutors take care of the discipline and ensure strict implementation of the rules for the safety of the students.
