Zydus School of Excellence, Ahmedabad (Godhavi branch) is a co-educational English medium day school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. It was inaugurated by the Former President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam in 2010. It offers schooling from pre-primary through class XII.
The nine-acre school campus hosts well-equipped laboratories for physics, chemistry, biology, math, computer, geography psychology and languages, an audio visual room, a multipurpose room, dance and music room, a well-stocked library and health and medical check up facilities.

The school also organises examinations conducted by external agencies such as Macmillan, Science, Math and Computer Olympiads, Hindi and Sanskrit language tests etc, and offer multiple language learning by teaching Hindi, Gujarati, Sanskrit, French and Japanese languages apart from English which is also the medium of instruction. The school stresses on experiential learning, using well-equipped laboratories for teaching of subjects like physics, chemistry, biology and math, computers, geography and languages.
The school encourages students to participate in various co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Exposure to physical activity is provided to students through games and sports like football, cricket, basketball, kho kho, table tennis, skating, karate, and chess etc. Extra coaching is provided for these sports to the students who wish to nurture their sporting talents.
