Also starring Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain and Michael Caine, the film was dubbed an “intergalactic extravaganza” as it seamlessly fused complex scientific problems and vivid special effects with fundamental human emotions and soulful father-daughter relationships given life by Hans Zimmer’s score.
