On Monday, Delhi Congress President Arvinder Singh Lovely made a donation of desks crafted by Rahul Gandhi and carpenters from Kirti Nagar furniture market to the students at the Premela Bai Chavan School for the specially-abled in Karkardooma, as per a statement.
Lovely, accompanied by All India Congress Committee in-charge Deepak Babaria, presented these desks in the presence of teachers, students, and Congress workers, as detailed in the statement.
Expressing a strong bond between the school and the Congress, Lovely affirmed the commitment of the Congress family to offer continuous help and support to fulfill the school’s needs.
He highlighted Gandhi’s genuine concern for the welfare of the underprivileged, financially distressed, and vulnerable individuals, referencing Gandhi’s visit to the Kirti Nagar furniture market on September 28.
