An alumna of Mount Carmel College (MCC) Bengaluru herself Dr Sr Arpana has served as an associate professor in the Department of Psychology at MCC for more than two decades, Dr Arpana was also a counsellor at a higher secondary school in Kenya. An active researcher with several publications to her credit, Dr Arpana has an MPhil degree from Bangalore University and a PhD from Mysore University.
