Promoted in 2007, the school is managed by the Shri Balaji Charitable Trust founded by Satyapal Singh, ex vice chairman of Muradnagar Nagarpalika and Kalyan Singh a senior officer with the Government of Uttar Pradesh. The 2 acre lush green school campus hosts well ventilated attractive classrooms, a well resourced library, well equipped science labs, dance cum music hall, TV and computer room, play rooms and an art and craft room.
