Manjit Singh Nayar, general secretary and correspondent of Guru Nanak College, Chennai was interviewed by Shreyosi Chakraborty of EducationWorld on the impact of online education on colleges and educational institutions in the post Covid world. Nayar also spoke about the future of Indian higher education and the future plans of Guru Nanak College.
During Nayar’s stewardship, the college was re-accredited as “A” Grade by National Accreditation and Assessment Council (NAAC) in 2013 and soon it was conferred Autonomous status by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in 2015. The college was once again re- accredited in 2018 with an “A” Grade by NAAC.
