Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal expressed his vision of an ideal society during an event, emphasizing that in a concept akin to ‘Ram Rajya,’ it should encompass quality and free education and healthcare accessible to all.
He inaugurated a new OPD facility at Delhi government-run Aruna Asaf Ali Hospital, underlining the government’s dedication to healthcare and education. Kejriwal highlighted the significant expansion efforts in healthcare, with plans to add 16,000 new beds across 11 new hospitals and upgrade existing infrastructure.
He stressed the importance of accessible education and healthcare for everyone, regardless of their financial status, aligning with the government’s ongoing efforts in that direction. Delhi Health Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj and senior health department officials also attended the event.
