Karnataka: UGCET Document verification to begin for eligibility clauses except ‘a’ and ‘Y’

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) said that the document verification of candidates who have claimed eligibility clauses other than “a” and ‘Y’ in UGCET-23 online applications will be conducted from July 18 to 21 in offline mode at KEA office in Bengaluru.

S Ramya, ED, KEA in a statement on Monday said that the verification will be done for applicants who have claimed ‘b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, k, l, m, n and o (horanadu (outstation) Kannadiga, children of defence personnel etc.)

The clause-wise original documents to be produced for verification have been mentioned in the e- Information Bulletin which is hosted on the KEA Website. The scheduled dates and timings based on rankings for candidates to be present have also been published on the website.

Candidates must produce all the necessary original documents as per their eligibility clause along with a set of xerox copies. Those candidates who have claimed theY’ clause should not appear for document verification.

Date extended for entry of NATA marks

Students who have not entered their NATA marks so far after being qualified in the first NATA or second NATA exam have been facilitated to enter their NATA marks and qualifying marks as per the requirement from 6 pm on July 1 to 11 am on July 5 to be eligible for an architecture rank.
