Anirudh A, a witty, lively and humorous boy, has always been known by his peers and teachers at Vista International School, as the boy with exceptional intelligence. Whether acing the exams conducted at school, or leaving a mark in the competitive exams, his academic aptitude has been indisputable. It has become quite a common occurrence to hear his name called out during the morning assembly, felicitating him with the latest jewel he added to his already ornate crown. And as he ascends the steps leading to the stage to receive his award, in his signature casual gait, there is a look of resolute determination on his face, to keep achieving more.
True to his record, Anirudh A has achieved yet another impressive milestone in his journey towards academic excellence. He was selected as one of the top 100 Young Scientists in India by Vikram Sarabhai Science Foundation and participated in the four days long Sarabhai Younglings Internship Program 2023, on an 80 percent scholarship. Being one among the only two students selected from the state of Telangana, this indeed was a momentous feat for him, and an immensely proud moment for all his well-wishers. He used this opportunity to further his cognizance on science by visiting the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre where he saw a real satellite. He also visited CSIR, NIIST, SAI, Botanical Garden Research Institute, Astro Physics Centre etc during his internship. Post this successful internship program, Anirudh received a medal and a SPOT GENE certificate awarded to him by Dr. G Madhavan Nair – the ex-Chairman of ISRO.
Forever encouraged and aptly supported by his parents, Anirudh ensures that humility and empathy are as integral to his identity as his intellect. Always respectful, always kind, always considerate, he manages to enthral everyone he meets with his winning smile and witty repartee. And while there is absolutely no doubt that he is on his way to achieve great things in his future, he never forgets to savour the sweet flavour of childhood – making memories that would last him a lifetime.
