Girija Mohan is the Director SVKM Schools. Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal (SVKM) was conceptualized as early as in the 1930s is a public charitable trust, has developed a large educational complex in Vile Parle, in suburban Mumbai and has spread its wings to metro cities like, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Navi Mumbai among the other places.
Girija has been holding the reins of this institution as a director since 2018. Previously, she served as the principal CNM School Vile Parle West from 2007 – 2017. The school takes pride in her being a spontaneous leader and an able administrator.
Girija holds an MA degree in History and B.Ed from Bangalore University, a BA in English Literature from Madras University. She was trained in Leadership at IIM Kolkata and at the Harvard University under Howard Gardener on Multiple Intelligence.
