Maharashtra Board declares HSC class 12th result 2020

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Education (MSBSHE) declared the HSC class 12th results today, July 16, 2020. The secretary of the board Dr Ashok Bhosale said in a press release that the results of Higher Secondary Certificate (std 12th) will be declared on the board’s website at 1 pm. Students can check their examination results on the official websites: mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in, mahresult.nic.in.

Out of the 15.05 lakh students, who appeared for the exam, over 12 lakh students passed the examination this year. The total pass percentage stands at 90.66 percent which is a significant jump of 4.78 percent compared to last year’s pass percentage of 85.88 percent.

Girls outperformed boys as 93.88 percent passed the exam compared to 88.04 percent boys in the Maharashtra HSC class 12th result. Science recorded the highest pass percentage with 96.93 percent followed by Commerce at 91.27 percent and Arts at 82.63 percent.

Visit the official websites: mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in, mahresult.nic.in

Click on MSBSHE HSC Result 2020 link on the homepage.

Enter your registration number and click submit.

The result will appear on the screen

Download the result  and take a printout for future reference.

The result will show the student’s name, subject-wise marks, and total score secured by the candidate.

The evaluation of answer sheets began by May 6 wherein around 42 lakhs out of approximately 50 lakh answer sheets were evaluated reportedly for the Mumbai division till July 19.
