Founded in 2020, 21k School is the first online-only school of India. Co-founded by Santosh Kumar, Joshi Kumar, Dinesh Kumar and Yeshwanth Raj Parasmal, the school’s objective is to make world-class education accessible to all children irrespective of their geographical location and fluid lives. The school aims to achieve a new phase of excellence by re-defining the school experience by crossing all physical barriers to bring together a community of children from across the globe who are keen learners.
The school provides education from nursery to grade 8 in the Indian curriculum, early years and grade 6-12 education in British curriculum and nursery to grade 12 in the American curriculum.

The online school aims to be a place of energy, opportunity and productive learning, where students find their balance between academics and passions. Teachers are facilitators who go an extra mile for each child in their individual and academic development.
21k School offers Indian as well as international curricula to students. It offers the NIOS board under the Indian curriculum, from grades 9-12. For the British curriculum, the Cambridge International Assessment Examinations, UK is the chosen board, applicable for students from grades 6-12. The school has been granted recognition to be a virtual centre (centre code 94883) conducting the international GCSE, international Advanced level (A-level), iPrimary and iLowerSecondary examinations with Pearson. The American curriculum includes the Cognia and USA MSA-CESS boards.
The learning environment of the school works towards developing intellectually curious, independent-minded young adults who can connect knowledge to life outside of school. The pedagogy ensures a shift from rote learning methods and looks at an enriching curriculum that it goes beyond textbooks. The school’s assessment system ensures that children are not burdened, but view learning as an enjoyable journey.
The school follows an annual academic calendar and conducts live classes online for 1-3 hours, 5-6 days a week (depending on the Grade). Teachers at 21k are specially trained to master the art of online education, they understand each student and act as mentors who support him/her at each step for his/her overall growth. Under the Indian curriculum, there are 15 students in a class in the pre-primary section and 25 students from grades 1-8. For the British K-5 curriculum, there are 15 students in early years and 24 students in the primary section while the British IGCSE section (grades 6-12) have 15 students in a class. Under the American curriculum, kindergarten includes 10 students while grades 1-8 have 20 students in a class.
Extracurricular activities: The school also offers a wide range of extra-curricular activities such as yoga, mindfulness creativity, photography, poetry, drama, public speaking, robotics, dance, vedic maths, gardening and other STEM-based activities. Social responsibility is given utmost importance to ensure that quality education reaches each and every child irrespective of the restrictions beyond their control. The well-trained faculty and management work towards ensuring children of the country live their dreams without inhibitions, making global standards of education affordable.
