Overview

DAV Public School, Ballabhgarh, Faridabad is a coeducational day school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. Founded in 1987 in a rented building with 120 students, the school today boasts more than 2000 students and a campus sited in the heart of the city. The school is managed by DAV College Managing Committee, New Delhi.

Campus

The 1.66 acre school campus hosts technology enabled classrooms, a well maintained library, well equipped labs for physics, chemistry and biology, two computer labs, a math lab, an art room, a music room, an infirmary, a counseling centre, play park for the kindergarten section and a playground measuring 4000 square meters for the junior and senior sections.

Academics

Affiliated with CBSE, the school prepares students for the All India Secondary School Examination (Class X) and All India Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII) following the 10 + 2 pattern of education. The school offers a wide range of co curricular and sporting activities, educational tours and excursions, guest lectures, symposiums and interschool programs.
