Promoted by Hiraba Kelavani Trust on May 24, 1994, Vedant International Preschool, Kankaria aims to provide physical, intellectual, aesthetic, emotional spiritual, sensorial and social development of the child through creative and modern education in a caring environment.

The Vedant teaching methodology combines contemporary and conventional methods of teaching in a flexible manner in accordance with the age and aptitude of the child and involves a high level of interaction – children are encouraged to collaborate and help each other. Vedant adopts the philosophy of “learning by doing”. The curriculum is structured keeping in mind the interests and abilities of students with emphasis on their all around development.

Campus

The infrastructure includes an open-air auditorium for gatherings of all kind, an infirmary, a canteen that serves balanced and nutritious vegetarian meals, snacks and lunch, an audiovisual room, and a play area.

Vedant International preschool offers various instructional materials and equipments to aid the development of motor and mental skills in children.

Academics

The main objective of Vedant International Preschool is to aid the development of the child’s confidence level, potential, cognitive and motor skills apart from creativity, originality and independence with well-planned programs and schedules. Lessons are imparted through Educomp smart class to make them more interesting, meaningful and enjoyable. Children are offered challenges that suitably stimulate his/her abilities.

The school also promotes a mothers’ club and grandparents’ club which host activities for mothers and grandparents respectively. The school also conducts picnics for them. The preschool offers Jolly Phonics (UK) – a multi-sensorial technique of learning English in a fun way.
