St. Paul’s School at Agartala in Tripura was founded by New Zealand Baptist Missionary Society in 1943 with a view to impart education to the tribal students belonging to the minority Christian community in the villages of Tripura. The school is considered as the first English medium school in Tripura and is managed by the Tripura Baptist Christian Union since 1964.
It is a co-educational school affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi , offering classes from primary to class X.
