AA Academy, Bangalore

Overview

Founded in 2000 by Mrs. A. Alli Rani, AA Academy, Bangalore strives to enable every student with the ability to fully utilise their potential “Brain Power”. With a unique approach to learning through a proprietary memorising learning method, AA Academy claims to be the first of its kind in Karnataka. This institute boasts 15 fully qualified Abacus and Mental Arithmetic instructors. Midbrain Activation Techniques, said to increase concentration and analysis skill tremendously, are also taught here.

Earlier, AA academy was a franchise under the Abacus education giant UC MAS; the institute now functions independently and caters to 8000 students mostly between the ages of 4 to 12 years. They have two branches in Bangalore, in Jayanagar and Indiranagar. Classes are conducted across Bangalore in the campuses of well reputed schools. AA Academy also provides online classes.

2. Delhi Public School, Sarjapur (2002) – Abacus Training to 110 Students

3. SJRC Public School, Kengeri (2007) – Abacus Training to 150+ Students

4. Greenwood High International School, Varthur Sarjapur Road (2014) – Training Vedic Maths to 600 Students

Academics

Abacus not only helps develop mathematics skills for academic improvement but also helps improve the student’s concentration, presentation skills and memory.

There are 8 levels and 2 grandmaster levels in Abacus that are taught here. Every level takes a duration of three months for completion, with a single two-hour class every week. Batches are available from Tuesday to Saturday, Monday being a holiday. Tusedays to Fridays classes are held from 5PM to 7PM. On Saturdays several batches have classes between 9AM to 6:30PM. Two batches are held on Sundays from 9AM to 1:30PM.
