Talking about the partnership, AISECT’s executive vice president Siddharth Chaturvedi said, “With this partnership, we are hoping to bridge the skills gap that exists in the IT industry due to the rapidly changing industry requirements. We will be providing joint certification to the students where Microfocus will be the Subject Matter Expert and AISECT will be the Implementer. The two organizations will work in tandem to create the courses. Combining the subject expertise of Microfocus with our experience in the skilling sector and knowledge of the market demand, we hope to create a pool of trained manpower ready for future jobs.”

Under the Retail Programme, the students will be provided 180-200 hours of training, which will be spread over three months.
