Alliance Française is a 50 year old institution. The institute welcomes more than 3,500 students every year at its various centers. At Alliance française, the student is given prime importance. Their method of teaching is based on modern, efficient techniques, which encourages self-development and active learning. All their trainers are experts in teaching French and participate regularly in training programs offered by the French Embassy and the network of the Alliances Françaises.

The French language course is adapted to suit the official guidelines recommended by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. On completion of each level a DELF international examination is held. Independently of the DELF exams, in order to move up to the next level, students have to pass internal evaluations which will be held throughout the session.
Students can choose from a regular weekday class held five days a week for two hours a day. The course runs for a duration of 8 weeks. A weekend class is also held for three hours each, on Saturday and Sunday for a duration of 14 weeks. An intensive summer course is also offered, as well as a fast track course for students who wish to pursue French in their higher education.
