Apeejay Institute of Design, New Delhi was established in 1992 under the aegis of the Apeejay Education Society to impart professional education at par with the global standards in various Design disciplines. The institute encourages the students at every step to adopt a Research Oriented Approach for Methodical Data Collection followed by Critical Analysis leading to identification of the problem area that needs to be addressed. The institute provides 100 percent placement facilities. It helps with international placements and internships too.

Academics

Bachelor of Design: 4 years Fashion Design Interior Design Animation & Multimedia Graphic Design Eligibility: 10+2 pass from a recognised Board with 50 percent (minimum) marks in any stream. Master’s Degree: Interior Design Graphic Design Fashion Design Textile Design Eligibility: A Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3) with 50 percent (minimum) marks in any stream from any recognized university. Post Graduate Diploma: Interior Design Fashion Design Textile Design Animation & Web Designing Fine Arts Applied Art Accessory Design Eligibility: A Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) in any stream with minimum 50 percent marks.

Admission

For registration, pleasedownloadand submit the admission form with a Draft ofRs. 900-in favour of “Apeejay Institute of Design”, payable at New Delhi and addressed to: 54, Tughlakabad Institutional Area, MB Road, New Delhi. Admission Procedure: 1. Prescribed Admission form duly filled in. 2. Four Passport size photographs. 3. Photocopies of +2 Marks sheet / Graduation Certificate. 4. Original Certificates (10+2 and X class Mark sheet and Migration Certificate) only required at the time of confirmation of admission. 5. Equivalency Certificate needs to be submitted in case the last exam passed is from a Foreign Board/University. 6. Certificate of last examination passed 7. Medical fitness certificate from Registered Medical Practitioner 8. Character Certificate from the Head of Institute last attended and another from a responsible person. 9. Passport size photographs of father and mother with signatures on reverse. 10. Admission is granted through submission of Portfolio only for NRI/Foreign Candidates. 11.
