Atul Vidyalaya, Valsad (Gujarat) was founded in 1991 by the Lalbhai Group of Industries. The school aims to create an education centre where each child is imparted knowledge that is contemporary yet deeply rooted in culture. The school believes in providing a joyful learning environment with hands-on experience. It is affiliated to Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE), New Delhi. Atul Vidyalaya offers pre-primary to class XII education.

Atul Vidyalaya is located in a wooded 8-acre campus in Atul about 8 km from Valsad, at the foothills of the Parnera Hills. The buildings are modern and spacious. The campus comprises clusters housed in independent buildings. The classes are equipped with video projection systems. The library block consists of a main library and resource centres for teachers and parents.
There are separate staff rooms for teachers and are equipped with subject related resources and computers. The computer block has a theory classroom and a computer lab with 24-hour internet facility. A fully equipped multi-purpose hall, with a seating capacity of 500, is used to host cultural and literary events and school functions. An open-air amphitheatre is available for larger gatherings.
The play area and sports centre are well equipped and offer facilities for athletics, long and high jump, basketball, volleyball, kho-kho, badminton, table tennis, chess, gymnastics, yoga and karate besides an Olympic-size swimming pool.
The school canteen provides wholesome meals in a hygienic environment.
The school is affiliated to Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE), New Delhi and class X students write the ICSE (Indian Certificate of Secondary Education) and class XII the ISC (Indian School Certificate) exams. Academic performance is assessed by exams, tests and a series of life skill achievements. Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) is an integral part of assessment. Scholastic and co-scholastic aspects are given equal importance.
Extracurricular education
Quizzes, debates, group discussions, projects, health & physical activities are organised through the year to enable holistic development of students. Participation in sports and games such as football, basketball, badminton, table tennis, swimming, kho kho and athletics is encouraged and coaching is provided. Drawing, painting, clay work and mache works are also encouraged.
